Stretching after an intense workout is like putting frosting on your cupcakes after you’ve spent the time baking them. Duh! It needs to happen! But so often it just…doesn’t.
Here are my top five post-workout stretches, specific for the lower body. I will make a separate video geared toward upper body as well.
As an aside, this is the first video I’ve made like this, and I know it’s a little rough (it’s quite a different experience explaining yoga poses into a camera versus living humans!) I learned a lot, and know I will have fun making more in the future! Enjoy!
